When you register a Domain Name it is for a period of time, possibly 2 years after that time if you want to keep the Domain Name it is necessary to renew the registration.
If you pay yearly for you Website Hosting you will also need to renew this service once a year.
You will receive a renewal reminder by email one month before the renewal date with a link to the Hertfordshire web control panel. There is a link to the control panel at the top right of our site.
Enter your email address and password and click continue.
If you have forgoten your password click on the link to the left of the password text box, you can then request a new password to be emaild to you.
When loged in click on the renew services button near the bottom of the left-hand menu.
Services you need to renew will appear at the top of the page.
Select renew from the drop down list then click continue.
You can pay using paypal or google secure server.
Remember you don't have to have a paypal account to complete a transaction using paypal, just a debit card.
This applies to domain names and yearly hosting. For monthly hosting you will need a paypal account with a card linked to that account.
